Professional solutions and Peace of Mind

MINC Risk Services offer this service to clients that are experiencing ongoing problems with their Lift or Escalator plant. The problems or reasons are varied:

  • Large number of break downs
  • People getting trapped in lift
  • Waiting times too long or bypassing floors
  • Equipment age or prompting by service provider to upgrade
  • Poor ride quality – too much movement, too noisy, etc

These are just some examples of the reasons we hear from our clients.

MINC Risk Services will work with both client and service provider to examine:

  • the existing plant,

  • the historical records – service, breakdown, safety checks, minor and major repairs, any completed upgrades, and

  • the building usage – internal and external traffic patterns, peak load patterns.

All this with the aim of building a detailed profile of the lift/s and or escalator/s performance.

At the conclusion of our auditors review, MINC Risk Services shall provide the client with a detailed report which incorporates the following sections:

  • Section 1: Building Identification and a detailed listing of the various plant
  • Section 2: A Summary of the Audit findings broken into four sectors:
    • Equipment Performance – waiting time review & ride quality results
    • General Maintenance review
    • Break down review – highlighting main component faults
    • Fit for Purpose review – considers the application vs equipment type
  • Section 3: Recommendations
